Physical activity involves the movement of the body. Physical activity is important as it helps in the improvement of ones brain and also provides strength to the bones.
It should be noted that physical activity must not be strenuous to be effective. For example, one can take a walk or rather than using an elevator, one can take a stair. This is a physical activity and it's not stressful.
