Restorative justice<span> is an approach to </span>justice<span> that personalizes the crime by having the victims and the offenders mediate a restitution agreement to the satisfaction of each, as well as involving the community. The taxes that citizens pay to the government would be allocated to the budget that the government can use to fund their programs (such as infrastructure building, grants, health benefits, military , etc).
