A Love Poem by zack

Roses are red,

Violets are blue,

Success is hilarious,

And so are you.

Orchids are white,

Ghost ones are rare,

Stories are short,

And so is your hair.

Magnolia grows,

With buds like eggs,

A body is fat,

And so are your legs.

Sunflowers reach,

Up to the skies,

Bread is brown,

And so are your eyes.

Foxgloves in hedges,

Surround the farms,

My air is thin,

And so are your arms.

Daisies are pretty,

Daffies have style,

My child is pretty,

And so is your smile.

A rose is beautiful,

Just like you.

My eyes are blue and I like the colour, I didn’t know what else to write about:

One glance of those blue eyes told of a lifetime of struggle that had never been put into words. The emotion in her eyes was fathoms deep, yet they carried the warmth and life of the sunlit surface. They had a thousand hues of blue and a small touch of hazel radiating in softly swooping arcs. Through the open door came the most expressive eyes, expelling the last of the night's sleepiness from our minds. They were the colour of a clear blue sky through a broken prison wall; the colour of a perfect raindrop on a blue aster; the colour of a river hurrying to join the great ocean.
