Not to overly push yourself and to always tell yourself positive things and to surround yourself with positive people. and to take most to all of the junkfood out and eat in moderation dont count your calories (can end in an ed) and to always do stuff to better yourself. you should listen to the cravings and to meal plan (learn from websites or friends)
