Answer:

In this post, we will be looking at the ways in which Western institutions and individuals support the Soviet Union. We will also take a look at demoralization as practiced by Soviet government approaches, as well as ideological subversion. Lastly, we will summarize Bezmenov's thoughts on whether or not what he predicted has come to pass in the United States today.

The West is guilty of propagating communist ideals via institutions (academia) and individuals (communists). This has resulted in an abundance of communist sympathizers and supporters. The demoralization that takes place by Soviet government apparatchiks is no different than what we might see in Western society today; for instance, with "democracy.

The Soviet government believes in the necessity of using military means to achieve its imperialist goals; however, ideological subversion is also an important tool in the vast arsenal of psychological warfare. This form of psychological warfare is used to weaken and demoralize a country's population, as well as its government. The use of ideological subversion allows for the destruction of a nation from within by spreading doubt among the population and dividing it into factions that are easily manipulated.

In Bezmenov's words, "ideological subversion is the process which is legitimate [and] open. You can see it with your own eyes…. What we do in order to demoralize [an] enemy… we create political opposition and groups supporting this political opposition. The opposite of demoralization is education; education is the process that is secret. You have to plant in the minds of people, in order to create political and ideological opposition."

The Soviet government has traditionally used military force to achieve its imperialistic goals, but it also uses a vast range of other methods. One method that has gained particular prominence in recent years was seen with the sponsorship and assistance from Jeffrey Sachs. Sachs's role in the Soviet Union essentially amounted to the brain drain of Russia for the purposes of transferring money, technology, and expertise to the US.

soldier1979 [14.2K]
The constitution was written so it could be amended to adjust to the needs of the world. The founding fathers knew that as time progressed things would change. That is why the constitution has clauses that are open for interpretation. (ex. the necessary and proper clause. this gives the power to change views and verdicts as seen fit)

Veseljchak [2.6K]

Answer:

  • large-scale investment in hydrogen car infrastructure
  • increased funding for research and development into advancing hydrogen car technology

Explanation:

If test markets show that hydrogen cars can be successful, the market will try to take advantage of that and that would include investing heavily into the production of hydrogen cars.

There will also be an increase in the funding for research in hydrogen cars because investors would like to find a way to have an edge over competitors seeing as hydrogen cars are about to increase in production.
