1. What are the benefits and challenges of living in a diverse society?
Advantage:
A more diverse culture means individual differences are better tolerated. Everyone is not expected to all like the same things, believe the same things, or even celebrate the same things.
Disadvantage:
Society is liable to become less cohesive — not something that bothers me personally but I see that some people are very bothered by it.

Yes I do agree with the statement because you can't oppose the enactment of civil rights legislation. Everyone has rights. Not matter what gender, race, or ethnicity. You have the right to everything.

I think it did change peoples minds by hey you don't get that if you discriminate. I think that's how discriminators felt. They Understood that's its not fine at all to discriminate
