Characters who do not change during the course of a story are static. These changes include character, personality, or perspective.
In contrast, a dynamic character undergoes a major transformation in regards to their character, personality, or perspective.
Dear Sally,
Recently I’ve been having family issues. My brothers aren’t getting along causing my parents to move my younger brother in my room. He doesn’t keep his side clean at all and everything he does is weird. I’m older and want more privacy! My parents don’t understand where I’m coming from. Get back to me soon.
