What does Miss Maudie teach Scout in chapters 4-6 of TKAM?
musickatia [10]
Miss Maudie tells Scout that Boo Radley is still alive and it is her theory Boo is the victim of a harsh father (now deceased), a “foot-washing” Baptist who believed that most people are going to hell. Miss Maudie adds that Boo was always polite and friendly as a child. She says that most of the rumors about him are false, but that if he wasn’t crazy as a boy, he probably is by now.

Which of Lagos manipulation had been the most egregious from the play othello
sergeinik [125]
Answer: Iago's manipulation of Othello is one the most dangerous because it results in the death of others. Iago doesn't even need to do any physical action but just by his use of words. Iago's need for revenge on Othello seems to change throughout the play meaning that even Iago isn't too sure why he is doing it

American History: Choose a person from the early years of America (prior to 1800), who intrigues you. Research that person. Then
scoray [572]

Answer:

The person I chose was William Bradford.

Explanation:

Dear Americans.

I write this letter to you from the past, I will probably be dead and my remains have already been completely swallowed up by the earth and transformed into other forms of life. However, I was present in the formation of the country that you call home and I would like to tell you about that time.

It was very difficult, but we won. That's how I can sum up everything we've been through. We had to deal with the cold, the infertility of the land, the lack of food, of adequate houses and the fear of never being able to reach our goals.

My reasons for writing this letter are to show how important resilience is in life, as well as hard work and persistence. If we hadn't persisted, you wouldn't be here.

I believe that in the future, you must be facing other types of challenges and problems, but if we at the beginning of America won without any resources, you who are already well established can also win.

These are the words of an ancestral old man who wants to continue participating in American life.

Graciously.
