Paraphrasing requires using different sentence structure and vocabulary, which is basically putting information you read into your own words.
The first one is plagiarism.
The third one is quoting.
The fourth one is citing.
Its a repetition of the same words and phrases within a sentence or passage to show us that two or more ideas have the same level of importance.
