Yes it can. Art work is able to express many kinds of feelings and emotions even thoughts. Art can convey lots of different meanings. It’s a way to express yourself. From drawing to performing music. Thoughts come from your mind and you’re able to spill those thoughts or feelings onto a sheet of paper or into a note played from a instrument. One piece of art can be seen in many different ways art works hold different meanings to each person. It’s just like how one song can touch our heart while another can simply sound like a normal song. It all depends on the viewer and what they pull from the works.
