You're doing what's called hot yoga, bikram, or moshka. You're also risking heat exhaustion if you're not careful or are particularly susceptible to that sort of thing. You're also being rather silly, since the health benefits of hot yoga are largely perceptual (ie, its a placebo) and there are plenty of placebos that involve less effort and sweat than doing contortionist stretches on a rubber mat in a sauna, but to each their own, I guess.
