Area of Rectangle = lenghth x width

Area of Rectangle =25 sq ft

25=5 x 5

It means Length = 5 and Width=5 as well

= f(4) = 1/2 × 4 + 3/2

= f(4) = 2 + 3/2

= f(4) = 4+3/2

= f(4) = 7/2

So, that's how these two are correct.
