Because of toxic masculinity if a male is seen crying it can discredit him.

Gender roles make many people especially those in the trans and non gender conforming spectrum feel very acrid.

Toxic masculinity and femininity make people feel the need to conform to societys gender roles even if they would rather identify as a more marginal gender.

Some people are very savvy when it comes to the toxic gender roles we have in our world today however many people dont know or even really care enough to learn about the ways gender roles can negatively impact people, especially those in the LGBTQ family.
