Answer:

People put their one foot in ront of the other foot, then do it with the opposite foot. If i put my right foot in front of my left foot, then i would have to put my left foot in front of my right foot. This will bring me foward.

If i do this fast enough, I can walk. Walking is when you put one foot in front of the other foot, but faster. If i succeed at walking, then I run.
