Why do the results of zimbardo's prison study not lead to a firm conclusion?
loris [4]
The results of Zimbardo's prison study do not lead to a firm conclusion for two reasons:
a. First of all, the experiment was intended to go on for two weeks. However, due to the experiment going out of hand, it had to be stopped within 6 days. This was because many of the people who were paying the role of prisoners started getting hit and abused. Some even developed psychosomatic rashes, others started suffering from other psychological disorders.
b. Many critics believe that the results were not very reliable since Zimbardo himself was part of the experiment (he played the role of the prison warden) and could have influenced the direction of the experiment.

What is an argument with a false premise called?
Kipish [7]

It is called informal logical fallacies. False premises are a characteristic of informal logical fallacies, which are logical fallacies that take place when an argument has a fault in its premises that causes the argument to be logically unsound.

A false premise is a notion or assumption that is untrue and serves as the foundation of an argument, rendering it illogical. As a result, an argument from false premises is one that is supported by false premises. False premises are frequent, and many logical fallacies are based on them, thus it's critical to comprehend them. A flawed pattern of reasoning, either in its logical foundation or in its premises, is referred to as a logical fallacy.

Ipatiy [6.2K]

Additions and Deductions are the terms used for classifying items on the statement of changes in fiduciary net position.

What is a Fiduciary?

A fiduciary is a person or organization that has a duty to uphold good faith and trust when acting in another person's best interests while working on their behalf. As a result, in order to be a fiduciary, one must have an ethical and legal duty to act in the other's best interests.

A fiduciary may be accountable for the general welfare of another (such as the legal guardian of a child). Still, frequently the duty involves handling money, such as controlling someone else's or a group of people's assets. Money managers, financial advisors, bankers, insurance agents, accountants, executors, board members, and corporate officers all have fiduciary obligations.

Therefore, the terms used for classifying items on the statement of changes in fiduciary net position are Additions and Deductions.
