The answer would be b
it could have been c but that answer choice is a generic trait and could happen to anybody any day
as for letter b, its not quite normal to be thinking such bad things on and off as the day goes by and therefore doesn’t represent a healthy state of mental health
C. Fluctuating Weight
It seems to be the best answer in my opinion because some people with bulimia (from what I learned*) can tend to binge eat and then purge, which can cause a fluctuation in weight, as so many calories are consumed during a binge, and then purging causes them to be depleted out of the body. Whereas an anorexia person may tend to binge as much out of wanting to keep control over food more, if that makes sense. I’m not a doctor, so I hope I don’t get you wrong, but I just hope that this helped in someway!
