How do polar molecules differ from non polar molecules
bija089 [108]
Polar molecule has diff charges positive nd negative but the non polar molecule does not it has an equal charge.
!!AND!!

A non-polar molecule doesn't have anything in the molecule that cause it to be attracted to water or other polar molecules making it hydrophobic, like oil in water.
A polar molecule has groups on it that give it a charge and cause it to be attracted to other polar molecules. Like alcohol in water. Alcohol is polar due to the -OH group attached to it causing it to miscible in water.

Explain why the population of bacteria in the water increases after the plants die
labwork [276]

Answer with Explanation:

The<u> death of plants in water</u> increases the presence of <em>"organic matter</em>." Bacteria feed on organic matter and decompose it, thus, <em>the sudden presence of organic matter signals the bacterial activity to increase. </em>The number of bacteria increases through <em>"binary fission,"</em> which happens in fast rate. Their response to<em> food</em> (organic matter) is <u>very rapid</u>. Once they're able to decompose it, the growth of bacteria<em> slows down</em> until it drops to a low number.
