Water cycle is a natural cycle of water from the earth's surface to the atmosphere back to the surface again and infinity. During evaporation, the water on the surface of Earth is converted to vapor that goes to the atmosphere. During condensation, the vapor goes back to the surface of the Earth
That's the definition of "free fall".
We can never observe free-fall in our daily life on Earth. There's always
at least one other force besides gravity acting on a falling body, because
it's always falling through air.
