➡️ATATÜRK primarily chose Ankara because it is located in the center of Turkey and it will be the most sheltered place. In addition, all political buildings and decisions were taken there.

➡️ In short, due to its geopolitical position, Ankara is in the middle of Turkey, it is not an easily occupied place, the Turkish Grand National Assembly is in Ankara, the transportation has improved.
