He is 8 yrs old  and his parents are maximo and Gloria david.  They live in hot silang cavite  and raul followed a neighbor to the plaza Three years ago ang got lost there . An ornamental plant vendor in the plaza found him and took him to his house. He reported him to the police but they never located his parents bcs Raul who was only 5 then do not know their full name and their address.  

The vendor name is fernando calma.  A neighbor and close friend of the boys family recognized him and informed his parents. and the family was reunited  with tears and joy in their eyes. The mother said she thought she may never see her son again and then she thanked vendor for taking care of her son.
