Lex Agraria is an Roman law proposed on the tribune of Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus that states that the public land, conquered in the previous wars, that was previously owned by the Senatorial class will be purchased and provide resources to Plebians to start farming instead of suffering from unemployment and debts. This law was not taken seriously but it trully seeks improvements in the lot of the poor.

Its not D but the Spanish conquistadors wanted to bring gold back for Spain but i doubt they needed slaves for it except for locating it. they did although have some Native Americans with them when attacking the Aztecs but they weren't there by force.
They don't need Native Americans for the Armada. I don't think they only wanted them for converting them to Catholicism but they did like converting people.
I would say A If it is two options i would say A and C although if they wanted slaves for tobacco crops they could just get them from Africa with the slave trade.
