Answer:

Chief Executive Commander-in-Chief,

Explanation:

Given that the President of the United States of America serves the role of the head of state and head of government in the country.

Then the list that includes the roles of the president is being the head of the executive branch of the federal government and at the same time serves as the commander-in-chief of the United States Armed Forces.

Hence, in this case, the correct answer to the question is "Chief Executive and Commander-in-Chief"

Which program was intended to overcome the backwardness of China’s economy, technology and industry
tatiyna

The answer is - ''The Great Leap Forward''.

The Great Leap Forward was a program implemented by the Chinese communist party, with Mao Zedong in charge, and its goal was to make China a global superpower over time, instead of being a country in the shade of the others that is struggling on every level.

China was in a bad position economically,  socially, its industry was not well developed, and also had social problems, and all of that contributed that a measure and plan is made as to how the country should and can progress and become a global political and economic player. Unfortunately for them, this measure was a big fail, and instead of making the country stronger, it actually made even more problems and put it in a worse position.
