Egeus was a character in "A Midsummer Night's Dream" written by William Shakespeare. Ancient Athenes was a patriarcal society that was the reason why Egeus, as Hermia's father and her creator, had the right to decide who she had to married. Including Theseus, Duke of Athens, gave him the power of deciding over Hermia.
What do you think of when you hear monster? A green being with yellow teeth? or a killer who was a heart of stone, and an unquenchable thirst for blood? What words will you use to describe them? Malice, murder,slaughter,shameless.

If someone is stingy,they are greedy/heartless and will not give no matter what.
So basically,here's an example...
You:I need help with (Insert whatever here) but I need (something else to go here,can you help?
The Opposing person:Of course not,I don't give anything to anybody,not even if they give to me,I'm not a giving person,i'm stingy and greedy,so move along (Of course they won't say it in exact words but it's similar)
