Gram-negative bacteria if used in short period of time causes medical concern because Dead Gram-negative cells, their work is to release lipid A then causing fever and some different medical problems.

Gram-negative bacterias are termed as bacteria which do not retain violet crystal stain which is being used in gram-staining differentiation bacteria method.

They are being found on all examples of gram-negative bacteria. For example, model organisms and pathogenic bacteria.

The major medical concern in antibiotic usage is antimicrobial resistance which can arise with improper use of antibiotics. On the other hand, higher generation antibiotics that are proven bactericidal can have more detrimental adverse effects for the patient.
