My fitness goal is living a more healthy life style. I can achieve this goal by breaking it down and focusing on the objectives that will help me get there. I’ll set goals such as drinking at least 4 glasses of water a day, eating 3 healthy meals and making sure to get at least 30 minutes of exercise everyday
Caffeine can increase your stress. When you are stressed, your heart rate goes up, and taking caffeine will make it go up even more. So therefore more caffeine = more stress.
