The three most important institution in the African American Community are: The Church, The Family and The School. These institutions are responsible for the development of the African American communities. The most important of these three, would be The Church, because is expresses  the most basic values of The African American culture which are: spirituality, high achievement aspirations and commitment to family as enduring, flexible and adaptive functional mechanisms for survival.

Iran-Contra affair was happened in United states. It was a political dispute regarding the shipment of weapons. During this time Reagan administration was the ruling authority and in their second term.

The higher officials of United states used to pass the weapons to Islamic country Iran. That cause the political dispute between Iran and Contra. This time Reagan administration was in power but their second term was running. Iran form paramilitary group to face this war. Lebanon, Syria some other countries were in favor of Iran.

Three committee of selective member were deputed to look after the cause and consequences of the affair. The convicted were caught by the board of members but they also appealed for bail as they argued about their innocence and non involvement in the affair.
