Answers:
mAE = 78°
mABD = 206°
mDA = 154°
mBCE = 255°
mECA = 282°
--------------------------------------------
Explanation:
The total arc measure of a circle is 360.

This circle shows that mDE has the same arc as mDC. mDC's arc will equal 76.

To find mAE, add all the known arc values, set mAE to x, and set the equation equal to 360.

27 + 103 + 76 + 76 + x = 360

Combine all like terms.

27 + 103 = 130
76 + 76 = 152
130 + 152 = 282

282 + x = 360

Subtract 360 from both sides to get x by itself.

x = 78

The arc measure of mAE is 78.

Now we can find all of the arc values.

mAE = 78°

mABD = measure of mAB + mBD
27 + (103 + 76) = 27 + 179 = 206

mABD = 206°

mDA = mDE + mEA

76 + 78 = 154

mDA = 154°

mBCE = mBC + mCD + mDE

103 + 76 + 76 = 179 + 76 = 255

mBCE = 255°

mECA = mED + mDC + mCB + mBA

76 + 76 + 103 + 27 = 152 + 130 = 282

mECA = 282°

Elisa is making strawberry shortcake. One serving of strawberry shortcake requires one third cup of strawberries and one shortbr
Kisachek [45]

Given, To make a strawberry shortcake for one person, we need :

▪︎\frac{1}{3} cup of strawberry

▪︎one shortbread biscuit

Quantity of strawberries Elisa has = 3 cups

Number of shortbread biscuits she has = 12

Number of shortcakes she can make :

= \tt3 \div \frac{1}{3}

=  \tt\frac{3 \times 3}{1}

\color{plum} =\tt 9 \: people

Thus, Elisa can serve strawberry shortcakes to 9 people.

With 12 dozen shortbread biscuits she can serve 12 people.

Quantity of strawberries needed to serve 12 people :

=\tt \frac{1}{3}  \times 12

=\tt  \frac{12}{3}

\color{plum} = \tt4 \: cups

<h3>○=> Therefore :</h3>

▪︎Elisa can serve strawberry shortcakes to <u>9 people</u>.

▪︎Elisa will need <u>4 cups of strawberries</u> if she wants to use all dozen shortbread biscuits.

Helpppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp
katrin [286]

firts lets see how many dollars she has

192 divided by 4 is 48 so she currently has 48 dollars.

and she puts in 2 quarters daily

so lets see how much she need to earn

75 - 48 is 27

lets see how many quarters she need to have 27 dollars 27 x 4 is 180

now lets divide 180 by two because shes giving two everyday. 180 divided by 2 is 54 so if she kept adding two quarters everyday it would take her 54 days to get the rest of the money she need to by and iPod.

i dont know if this helped or not but i solved it

Answer:

-3/2, -1

Step-by-step explanation:

Each coordinate contains one x value and one y value, (x,y).

If we work out the midpoint of each of these individually, it makes it much easier to find the midpoint of the line.

Let's take the x values first. Our first  x value is -4 and our second x value is 1. Imagine the integers between -4 and 1 laid out in a sequence:

-4, -3, -2, -1, 0, 1

If you take the middle value of this sequence, you get the midpoint of the x values.

In this case, the middle is between values -2 and -1, leaving us with a midpoint of -1.5. This as a fraction is -\frac{3}{2}.

Now let's look at the y values. Our first y value is 2 and our second y value is -4. Again, let's imagine those numbers laid out in a sequence:

2, 1, 0, -1, -2, -3, -4

Here, the middle of these values is -1, and this is the midpoint of the y values.

So if we put these two values in a coordinate, we get the midpoint of the line.

In this case, we get (-\frac{3}{2} ,-1).

If 75% of a number is 108, what is the number? A. 32 B. 81 C. 113 D. 144
Misha Larkins [42]
108 x 100/75 = 108 x 1.25 = 144
108 is 75% of 144.
Hope this helps :)
