Answer:

Story writing about a camping experience.

Explanation:

One day last January, my friends and I decided to go camping in the Sakhir desert in Bahrain. And considering it was my first time going camping in a desert, I was reluctant to even be a part of it. For most of us, the word desert brings only one thing to mind- sand. And I wasn't looking forward to spending my holidays in a desert, of all places.

But to my surprise, the location was way beyond what I expected. Although sand covers all sides of the camping site, there were tents, dining areas, recreational spaces, even entertainment sites. This was different from any camp I had expected. The camps were interesting yet so out of place, considering the belief I had about deserts. And most of all, there were lots of other people enjoying their time, regardless of the fact that we were in the middle of nowhere, or so it seems.

At night, we had the chance to stargaze and just enjoy the quiet nightlife. There were also outdoor movie theatres, while also enjoying barbeques. All these, in the middle of a desert. Who would have thought camping was enjoyable in a desert too! For me, camping was mountains, trees, nature, away from people, deep into the forest, but not sand, movies, or long walks in the sand. This was an eye-opener for me, and it definitely changed my perception of what camping can be and should be.

Although we stayed for just three days, the camping trip became one of my favorite holiday experiences of all times.

Deacon Peabody van is regarded as the devil's property, which likes to scrutinize his neighbors' sins hypocritically. The adaptations in the Peabody had a major change in the primary settings.

Vikki [24]

Answer:

The correct answer is A. Outward appearances can be deceiving.

Explanation:

In the quote, we can see that Frankenstein's monster (if we should call him that) tells us how he is harmless and can even be beneficial (meaning, helpful, useful), but all people choose to see is his appearance rather than what's inside.

Namely, Doctor Frankenstein brought a corpse back to life and thus created his monster. Obviously, a reanimated corpse looks scary and people often cannot see beyond the physical, which is something the monster is lamenting in the quote above. He says that even though he may look like a monster, his characteristics are not monstrous, and that people shouldn't read the book by its cover (in other words, outward appearances can be deceiving).
