g(x) = 7 + 0.x + 1.x²

h(x) = 7 - 1.x + 1.x²

Now,

The coefficient matrix becomes

Now,

Det(A) = 7(0 + 1) - 1(7 - 7) + 0

           = 7(1) - 1(0)

           = 7 - 0 = 7
