a) People work most closely together in a crisis.

b) Previously, the longest period that miners had been trapped underground was 25 days.

c)  The miners first made contact with the rescuers by attaching a note to the drill that the rescuers were using, to say that they were alive.

d) Psychologists were keen to find out how humain beings survive in stressful conditions. As well as how humains react when emergencies occur.

e) After the miners sent their first video to the surface that showed them without shirts and unshaved, the rescuers decide to send the miners clean clothes and razors.

f) The men were all given the same colour shirts to wear to create a feeling of unity and discipline.

g) The food supplied by the rescuers changed from the earliest stages to the final stages by the miners having vitamine drinks, and later on their bodies were able to take hot meals such as meatballs with rice.

h) According to the diagram, the width of each of the supply tubes were 700 meters long and 15 centimeters wide.

o) The miners prepared for what they would face when they came out of the capsule by planning for their arrival at the surface and they read books such as one called "Talking to the Media", so that they would be well prepared to speak to journalists.
