1. Based on the information in the exposition of the story, describe the children’s feeling about the war.
DiKsa [7]

Muffin -  Susan Cooper

Answer:

War has been so much a part of their lives so it is normal to them.

Explanation:

Text evidence:

When a war has been going on for more than a third of your life, you feel it’s always been there. It seemed normal, to the children of Cippenham Primary School, that there were air-raid shelters on the school playground, long, windowless concrete buildings half sunk into the ground, and that they should all sit inside, singing songs or reciting multiplication tables, whenever the bombers came rumbling their deadly way overhead.

In at least 100 words, compare the structure of Stanton's Declaration of Sentiments to that of Jefferson's Declaration of Indepe
ArbitrLikvidat [17]
I cannot do 100 words but: Stanton's declaration of Sentiments was very similar to Jeffersons' Declaration or Independence in many ways. The two structures are layed out almost identical because they use the same tone and ideas used as well. The two documents could be easily confused if not read properly.
