Bonjour maman, bonjour papa,
Depuis notre arrivée, il fait très beau. Tous les lundis après-midi, nous partons en randonnée. Le mardi, nous allons nous baigner au lac et nous emportons un pique-nique pour déjeuner sur place. Le mercredi et le vendredi, en général nous faisons un sport d'équipe, soit du volley-ball soit du basket-ball. Le jeudi, nous visitons les environs. Le samedi et le dimanche, nous restons tranquille entre nous. Je me suis fait de nombreux amis, mais je passe la plupart de mon temps avec Théo et sa sœur Nathalie. Nous faisons toutes les activités ensemble et nous espérons nous revoir au retour car ils habitent près de chez nous. Je passe beaucoup de très bons moments ici.

The two parts of negation usually are

ne ... pas

But you can find as well

ne ... plus  <em>(no more)</em>

ne ... jamais <em>(never)</em>

They have to be on each part of the verb on the présent tense

Tu ne parles pas <em>(you don't speak)</em>

<em />

And on each part of the auxiliare "être" OR "avoir" if you're using the passé composé tense or any "composé" tenses

Tu n'as pas parlé
