How did the hellenistic era reflect and diverge from alexander's intentions for his empire ?
erik [133]

Answer:

Alexander wanted to integrate and keep the Greek hegemony over his empire. To do so, he intended to merge the Greek monarchy with the descendants of the Achaemenid empire, which he had conquered.

During the Hellenistic Period (323 BC-31 BC) which started with the Alexander´s death in 323 BC, Greece experienced its period of biggest expansion and prospperity. The Alexander´s vision of hegemony and expansion was according to the Hellenistic values. Nevertheless, his intentions to merge with other cultures specially from near Asia, had an impact over his countrymen who were worried about the "degeneration" of the Greek culture compared to the Classic Era

Problems after World War I. This was one of the most important
KiRa [710]

Answer:

Sorry that I'm late for this, but the answer is D. economic

Explanation:

This is because Russia ran out of supplies during ww1 mainly due to the Brusilov Offensive. Russia running out of supplies has therefore led to the lower/middle class getting angry and started the Russian Revolution. Also, The Treaty of Versailles has messed up the German economy because they had to pay for war damages and limit their military. This led to Germany printing more money leading to hyperinflation. Again, sorry that I was late

Which Greek philosophers passed on legacies of knowledge and inquiry that shaped future political, ethical, and social ideas? Se
m_a_m_a [10]

I believe the answer is: Aristotle, Plato, and Socrates

Aristotle and Plato promote  the idea of political system and ethical values that later on develop into a democratic system of government that is used by most countries today.

Socrates on the other hand, believe that democracies had a lot of flaw and only a handful of selected people should be able to make the decision for the society, which is what adopted by countris with absolute monarchies.
