The circumference of a circle is 43.96 kilometers. What is the circle's diameter?
Oxana [17]

13.99 kilometers is the diameter.

Divide the circumference (43.96) by 2(pi), which should give you a radius of 6.99. You should then proceed to multiplying that by 2, since radius is half of the diameter, giving you 13.99.

Why is it harder to build a supersonic ship than a supersonic airplane?
77julia77 [94]

A supersonic aircraft is an aircraft able to fly faster than the speed of sound (Mach number1). Supersonic aircraft were developed in the second half of the twentieth century and have been used almost entirely for research and military purposes. Only two, Concorde and the Tupolev Tu-144, ever entered service for civil use as airliners. Fighter jets are the most common example of supersonic aircraft.

The aerodynamics of supersonic flight is called compressible flow because of the compression (physics) associated with the shock waves or "sonic boom" created by any object travelling faster than sound.

Aircraft flying at speeds above Mach 5 are often referred to as hypersonic aircraft.

Answer:

C. overgeneralization.

Explanation:

-Undergenerization refers to using words in a limited form.

-Underutilization is about not using something to the full potential it has.

-Overgeneralization refers to using one experience to generalize all.

-Word syntaxis is about the right structure of words to form a correct sentence.
