The answer would be near the ocean. All the rest don’t make sense. Mountains would be hard to travel across, rain would slow car travel/truck shipments and tropical climates would make it hard to travel through considering the trees and obstacles along the way. The ocean however, is usually very smooth and boats can travel across it with little to no issues.
