English

To resolve conflict, forgiveness is the most effective method. Putting the self first, forgiving a person can give a person ease of mind by decreasing the stress and anxiety. It can help the person move past, let go, result in healthier relationships, improve self-esteem, etc. Along that, the other person can fix and learn from their mistake and it helps them ease their feelings of guilt and remorse over the conflict. Overall, forgiving will help the relationship become stronger and less of a burden. (Let me know if you wanted a longer Explanation)
