I dont think thats a good idea.. i think you should breath in and out first and calm down and then try to forget about it and try not to dwell on he past
Like they said it's helped a lot with contacting people faster and if anything bad was to happen to anybody you can get someone to come help because you technology and phones to help with that too but it's helped in a lot of ways . Hope this helps ! :)
