Answer:

Jacky Ha Ha is an outstanding and extraordinarily novel that James Patterson wrote. Jacky Hart is a 12-year-old girl who lives at the Jersey shore. In this book Jacky is the queen of laughter. She got the nickname Jacky Ha Ha from the people in her class when she was little and the kids were laughing at her, now she is trying to get people to laugh with her but not at her.
