The correct answer is B. People had free showers and toilet usage. During the days of boom towns there were increasing problems with having enough housing and many lived in makeshift tents. Criminals were drawn to those towns because they knew that people would have money on them or that banks would be full. Many of the wells would also end up running dry because the oil bosses would run them until they were bone dry. There were very few showers set up for the men working. There were a few bath houses, but outhouses were not plentiful in the towns.
