We can solve this in 2 ways
Since a1 = 4
a2 = 4 * (3) = 12 i.e( a1* common ratio)
a3 = 12 * (3) = 36 i.e( a2 * common ratio)
a4 = 36 * (3) = 108 i.e( a3* common ratio)
a5 = 108 * (3) = 324 i.e(a4*common ratio)

and so on

An equation is shown below:
Wewaii [24]
First step
5.(2x-8)
= (5.2x) + (5. (-8) )
=10x + (-45)
note :(+) . (-) = (-)
so + (-45)= (-45)

Add 15 to this equation
= 10x -40 +15= -15
=10x -25= -15
Leave x alone and make it positive
By the way, if you put (-25) in the right term, this number's notation (I mean -) will change
Namely
= 10x= (-15)+25
=10x= 10
x=1

Hope it helps :)
P.s. I dont know mathematical terms that's why i couldn't explain it properly but i tried to help as far as i can :)

Let p = 5. Enter > , < , or = to compare the expressions. 4p4 2p−3
Y_Kistochka [10]

Answer:

The given expression at p = 5 can be written as:

4(p^4)  > 2p -3

Step-by-step explanation:

Here, the given expressions are:

(4p^4 ), (2p-3)

Now, substitute the value of p = 5 in both the given expressions, we get:

4(p^4)  = 4(5^4)  = 4 (625)   =  2,500\\\implies 4(p^4) = 2,500

Similarly,

(2p-3)  = 2(5) - 3 = 10 -3 = 7\\\implies 2p - 3  = 7

So,now comparing  both the values at p = 5, we get:

2,500 > 7

\implies 4(p^4)  > 2p -3

Hence, the given expression at p = 5 can be written as:

4(p^4)  > 2p -3

ZABC and ZORS are supplementary angles
Sonja [21]

m<QRS = 80 degrees.

Supplementary angles = a total of 180 degrees. So if angle ABC = 100, angle QRS would = 80 degrees.
