The information that should be included in the summary is:
Spaniards came to the mountains in the mid-sixteenth century.
Ancient pottery and rock art have been found in the mountains.
The people who lived in the mountains were hunter-gatherers.
Evidence shows that the mountains were inhabited over 10,000 years ago.
Explanation:
A summary should be composed of the most relevant information that will help the reader to understand the main subject of the original text. Repetitive phrases, with little impact and information that are not relevant to understanding the subject such as "Many of the early residents lived in caves," can be omitted so that the text becomes smaller, but objective and more direct.

To write a research essay you must first find a topic.
Then you must gather information related to that tropic from reliable sources. These sources can include, but are not limited to, books, articles, magazines, websites, and many more. Don't forget your citations!
I usually pick a few main topics and then have multiple statements about each topic.
Next, you must organize your newly gather information and write it into a rough draft.
Once you have your basic information written, reread and revise your essay for any errors or inconsistencies.
Include your citations and resources on the final, separate page of your essay.
Here is a format I used all the way from 7th grade until I graduated high school, it works like a charm.

- Reintroduce Topic (1,2,3...)

- Supporting Details
- Supporting Details
Conclusion

- Concluding (summarizing) statement
The final, separate page is to be your works cited page, where you list all of your sources and what you used

Answer:
The notion of the phoenix probably means that love gives her hope for a change or better life. The phoenix symbolizes being recreated or reborn.
Explanation:
It is likely the author means that women often feel like love is their escape or that once they find a husband they can be reborn from having to succumb always to the wills of men in her life. A phoenix is a mythological bird that is reborn again after burning, emerging from the ashes as reborn. Love gives them hope for a time but then the "disturbed rest" and "painful signs" suggest that she suffers because of love as well. The entire poem laments the position of women at that time which was conceived as normally controlled by and subservient to men.
