1. First, the author COMPARES the western-style conversation with the tennis game and she says that they are similar because in the western style when the person who is talking introduce a topic then she/he is expecting the other person to agree or disagree and keep talking about the reasons why, she says that she only doesn’t wait for you to agree or disagree, she expected more than that.
