Ab=36(diameter of the circle)
Since ap and pb are radius.
ap=pb=36/2=18
Then construct a perpendicular line from point C to a point D on the ab.
The Ange cpb=30 and angle cup is a right triangle.
Then using 30-60-90 rule, 2x=pc=18(it is also a radius)
So x=cd=9
And pd=9*root of 3=9root of 3
ad=18+9root of 3
cd=9
Angle cda=90
So according to Pythagoras theorem
P²+B²=H²
So, ac²=9²+(9 root of 3)
I think it will help you.

The perimeter of a rectangle is 16.6km, and its area is 13.42km2. Find its length and width. length : km width : km
Otrada [13]

Answer:

l=5.12 & w=2.62

Step by step explanation:

A=l×w

13.42=lw

w=13.42/l

p = 2(l + w) \\ 16.6 = 2(l +  \frac{13.42}{l} ) \\ 16.6 = 2( \frac{ {l}^{2}  + 13.42}{l}) \\ 16.6 = 2(l + 13.42) \\ 16.6 = 2l + 26.84 \\ 2l = 26.84 - 16.6 \\ 2l = 10.24 \\ l =  \frac{10.24}{2}  \\ l = 5.12km

Since you have found the value of the length you can find the value.of the width.

w =  \frac{13.42}{l}  \\ w =  \frac{13.42}{5.12}  \\ w = 2.62km

Anna35 [415]

\bf \textit{area of a circle}\\\\ A=\pi r^2~~ \begin{cases} r=radius\\[-0.5em] \hrulefill\\ A=81\pi \end{cases}\implies 81\pi =\pi r^2\implies \cfrac{81\pi }{\pi }=r^2\implies 81=r^2 \\\\\\ \sqrt{81}=r\implies \boxed{9=r}~\hspace{10em}\stackrel{\textit{diameter = twice the radius}}{18}

Answer:

53.47$

Step-by-step explanation:

Find 7% of 43.45:    7/100 x 43.45= 3.0415

Add the tax to the meal price:  43.45+3.0415= 46.49

Find 15% of 46.49: 15/100 x 46.49= 6.9735

Add the tip to the total: 53.47$
