I would say to try therapy together, if they really miss each other like that.
You need to be in a good set of mind when trying to lose weight because it takes time self efficiency helps you manage your time and stress and mostly behaviors when losing weight
Put your mind to it and make certain goals that you want to accomplish by a certain time etc. you won't see improvement unless your commited to your goals && if you meet your goals make new goals to accomplish
