Commonly known as Pakistani resolution, The Lahore Resolution was formally adopted on March 23rd 1940 which asked for an autonomy within British India, later on this resolution call for a separate Muslim State, Pakistan
From the declaration of this Resolution, the Goals of Muslim League became Fixed upon achieving an independent nation state.

The 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution was ratified in 1868, during the Reconstruction era. It granted some civil and legal rights for black Americans as well as any other American citizen.
