This would be an informative speech. You're using it to inform your classmates about the bats. You're not necessarily persuading, and while it certainly can be entertaining, that's not the primary purpose.

An entertaining speech is, as the name implies, to entertain people, as if reading a short story.

A persuasive speech would try to persuade someone of a point you are trying to make. Such as, why you should stop smoking.

An informative speech is to teach someone something, to give information on a subject.
