Scientific work is different from all other human activities because scientific work followed a laid down standard called scientific process. Scientific process is the standard procedure that must be followed when performing scientific research. Having a standard to follow make it possible for scientists all over the world to carry out research which are reproducible anywhere in the world.

The sun is a vital part of the earth, so if it changes energy levels, it will clearly have an affect on the earth. If the energy increases, it'll most likely dry out the grass and melt the snow, etc. If it decreases, the snow could freeze and change the climate.
