In my opinion, the sentences that correctly use quotations are:
2) Swift asserts that whoever finds “a fair, cheap and easy method” for solving the overwhelming issue of poverty in England would deserve to have “his statue set up for a preserver of the nation.” The author quotes chosen parts of Swift's narrative with correct punctuation.
4) Swift explains that his proposal would bring relief to impoverished parents because they would “be rid of the charge of maintaining them after the first year.” The author quotes a part of the narrative.
5) “This would be a great inducement to marriage, which all wise nations have either encouraged by rewards, or enforced by laws and penalties,” writes Swift about his proposal. The author quotes an entire sentence as direct speech.

The first example isn't correct because the whole sentence is in quotation marks. The third one isn't correct either because there is no quotation; it is just a paraphrase.

What the inspection by the two twins on their works led to was; A deadly Disagreement

What is the outcome of the inspection agreement?

This question is taken from a story titled, "The world on a Turtles Back".
From the Story, we see that;
- Native Americans were not only one group but they were a diversity of many tribes and languages.
- There was no written language due to the fact that they preferred an oral tradition that was to be remembered and passed down to other generations.
- As a result of the coming of white man, there came war and sickness. This made some tribes lose 90% of their people and as such a lot of their oral traditions were also lost.
- In the oral tradition that survived among the different tribes included many diverse yet similar stories. One of these is the Creation story or myth.
Thus, we can conclude that when the twins agreed to inspect
each other's work in creating the new lands of the world, their inspection lead to a deadly disagreement
