Contamination of ground water has been found in many countries, including Argentina, Chile, China, India, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand, and even the United States. It is a global problem." 

The best question to ask after reading paragraph 6 is:
How did the ground water in these countries become contaminated? 

It is the best question because the contamination has already reached numerous countries and it should be stopped before it becomes a bigger global problem by contaminating other countries.
