I feel like modernism really is expressing more emotion in the art work. it is more abstract just like postmodernism. the only difference is that modernism is 19th early 20th century art work, as postmodernism is mid to late 20th century. No, I do not feel like music is still, I feel like music is full of motion. Think of music like a rapid waterfall, it's always moving in some way. I feel like the compositional process is a very in depth process, from the coming up with the notes to the formulas you have to use to make sure everything fits together and that it sounds good but you also have to remember the 12 tones but also using serialism into the song as well.
